Priory Fete 99 Makes £5000 profits.
The Priory Fete was blessed with the most glorious weather last Monday - and Jim Harbinsons detailed planning kept the whole thing buzzing from 1pm to 4pm. Reproduced overleaf is a schedule of the takings from all the stalls. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE EXPENSES WHICH NEED DEDUCTING. The overall picture for the day is therefore as follows: Stalls total : 3868.34 Grand Draw Tickets 1029.30 Advertising 1325.00 TOTAL 6222.64 less expenses of around £1220 - leaves us with a net profit of around £5000. Part of this goes to the school as their share of the profit from Grand Draw ticket sales. Stallholders are asked to get any expenses claims in as soon as possible.
